Our experienced On-Site Team Leads with proven strengths in key areas manage arenas such as rooms, VIPs, transportation, meetings, food and beverage, activities, recreation, amenities and gifts, and shipping. Our leads are known for their expertise, exceptional personal service, and "can-do” attitude.  Each evening, we ask that you join your Program Manager, On-Site Team Leads and any additional Off-Site Vendor Leads in a daily event recap meeting where we make sure your event is operating to budget and in the quality manner you expect.


Your Program Manager will lead your project team as they liaise with all suppliers, including the hotel, transportation/event companies, food and beverage, audio/visual, print, and production to communicate the program needs consistently. Having one central contact for these negotiations keeps your event focused, your budget in check, and saves you countless hours of time and money.
